To play the show directly from your web browser:

1) If you have Mozilla Firefox, you can click the flashing podcast icon at the top of the post and it will automatically play the show.

Right click the same images listed above, when the window comes up click "SAVE LINK AS", then choose the folder to download to. Recommended: Desktop or My Documents/My Music. Then press OK. This will start the download and, when finished, the show will be in the folder designated by you.

Next, open up the program you wish to hear the show in and add that file to your library.

4) To add the show to your MP3 player:

Follow the instructions in #3, then add the file to your "transfer program" in which you add all other music to your player.
